The Wee Faeries

Two of my kids have been making these dolls off and on for the last year or two. A few weeks ago I was asked if I wanted to put some of my own art in a Holiday Craft Show. I was so slammed these last 2 weeks at work, I really didn't have time to contribute anything. A friend at work suggested that my kids build some of their dolls and bring them along if I didn't have the time to bring something myself. So grateful for the suggestion(Thanks Erin!), as this was so much fun for Savannah and Sophia to do. They cranked them out Friday night and early saturday prior to the show. We don't know the exact results yet, but most of them sold and were well received. Thanks to Erin and Chase for watching over the girl's stuff as we had to get a family photo up in Loveland Saturday night.(See next post) This might be a cool little side business for the girls...plans are in the works...stay tuned!

Here's some fun photos we took last night at Loveland Mall. The kids did such a good job! They are pro's. And no, I don't normally have facial hair like this...but it was for a good cause. A whole bunch of us at work are trying to raise money for cancer research...its called "Movember"...check out the link below to learn more.....grow a mustache and earn money for cancer research. Any takers?
